The 66th edition of the Cannes Film Festival started on Wednesday 15 May 2013, with the premiere of director Baz Luhrmann’s 3D version of F Scott Fitzgerald’s ‘The Great Gatsby’ Cannes Film Festival premiere as the Opening Ceremony of the event saw actors and actresses walking down the red carpet, displaying some of the “Best Dresses” from around the world and the celebrity drenched with heavy rainfall on the red carpet.
